The Long Journey of Data Mining: My Experience

Written Examination and Interview Experience
My preparation for data mining was further strengthened through participation in various written examinations and interviews. I recall the Ali rookie wrap (interpolation) interview, where I was asked to determine the shortest path on an obstacle map and to determine whether a coordinate point was inside an irregular polygon. I also remember the Microsoft camp interview, which tested my knowledge of data structures, comparing weights, fast discharge, and the KMP algorithm.
Interesting Things Encounter
One of the most memorable moments in my journey was the interview with innovative interactive, where I was asked to verify my own project and to discuss the algorithm and programming problems. I was also asked to compare the cost function, to determine the cluster center, and to explain the probability of getting one-fifth of the dice.
